How to calculate the internal marks for Anna University

Anna university internal marks are very important to get high credit in the university exams the minimum mark to be obtained in the internals was 14 marks out of 20 marks. In that 20 marks in the Internal 5 Marks will be given to the Attendance and  remaining 15 marks will be given to the Academic Performance(Unit Test, Internal Test, Cycle Test, Model Exam) of the current semester.

How to calculate Internal Mark?

The Internal mark awarded for Attendance Percentage is follows,The Attendance Percentage can be calculated by using the formula given below.

Attendance Percentage = (Total Attended days/Total working days)*100

ATTENDANCE PERCENTAGE	MARKS
<75 %	0 MARK
76-80%	1 MARK
81-85%	2 MARK
86-90%	3 MARK
91-95%	4 MARK
96-100%	5 MARK

Overall Internal Mark = Internal Mark for Attendance Percentage + Internal Mark for Academic Performance

INTERNAL MARK= 4+13 = 17

Therefore the Internal MArk is 17 out of 20
